The garden looks beautiful and the dryness has been fostering a lot of insect activity....  Flea beetles and another type of fruit fly-type have been chomping on radish and mustard greens, as well as cauliflower.

After staying with us for 5 weeks, wwoofer Ariel is returning to Maine.  Thank you Ariel for all the hard work!  A new wwoofer (Dutton) has arrived and our friend Kat will be camping at the farm this summer to learn about gardening.

A group of young folks, formerly students at Monte del Sol School, have been voluntering at the farm and are writing an article about Gaia Gardens for the Generation Next section of the New Mexican newspaper.
